If you book the Registrars to come here and marry you, an elopement wedding is legally binding, even if it’s just the two of you.
You don’t need guests to get legally married but you do need two witnesses aged over 16. If you’re not having guests, we’ll provide your two witnesses. It’s usually our elopement photographer, Clare and an Ever After staff member. Between us we’ve been legal witnesses to a ton of weddings, no charge, it’s a perk of the job.
