What dates do you have available and can you hold an elopement date for us?

We’ve got a handy availability calendar so you can check what dates are still available. You can’t actually book the date online with us as there’s paperwork to do before you can book but the availability calendar is up to date so you can see what dates are left.

Where dates are shown as reserved but not confirmed it means we’re waiting for the deposit to arrive. Not all dates held are finally confirmed so if a date is shown as reserved, do check back in 7 days to see if it’s confirmed. If you really want a particular date and it’s shown on the availability calendar as reserved, you can email me at [email protected] for first refusal and I’ll let you know if the deposit isn’t paid.

When you’re ready to book, email me the date you’d like. I’m very happy to hold a date for you for 7 days which gives you time to book the Registrar, sign and return the t&c’s and pay the deposit. I guarantee your date won’t be booked by someone else during that 7 days and it’ll be marked as reserved on the availability calendar. After 7 days your date will be open to be booked by you or other couples on a first come first served basis if we haven’t received your deposit. You’ll know we’re holding a date for you if you have an email from me confirming that – that email from me is the only way to hold a date and payment of the deposit is the only way to confirm a date.
