The Perfect Centerpiece

The perfect centerpiece may seem like a small detail to everyone else and perhaps even the groom, but to the bride the perfect centerpiece is a big deal! All these little details are involved in piecing your wedding together. It’s a huge reflection on yourself and you guys as a couple. Portraying your personality across in your wedding details can be shown in so many different ways including your centerpiece.

Floral decoration

Many couples opt for the traditional floral centerpiece. If your having a small intimate wedding like an elopement your bridal bouquet doubles up as the perfect centerpiece. A cute little floral decoration in recycled glass jars that fits in sweetly with your wedding flowers can be a brilliant way to create that perfect centerpiece on a budget.

Bird cage

Birdcages are a great accessory for your wedding breakfast table as it can be decorated in so many different ways. Filling with flowers or greenery, candles and even spray painting the cage to match your decor and cutlery.

Lanterns

An alternative option to the bird cage. Lanterns are a popular structure for wedding centerpieces also being used to fill with flowers and candles.

Candles

Perfect for the romantic setting. Any candle set up makes a beautiful wedding centerpiece, especially paired with a log or mirror base. As seen above candles can be caged in bird cages or lanterns for an extra romantic effect. A greenery garland also makes a great addition to the perfect centerpiece.

Balloons

Balloons are well known for celebrations and parties. Of course your wedding is a huge celebration so why not use balloons as the perfect centerpiece to dress your breakfast table.

Geometric

Geometric centerpieces are a new fashion trend for 2019. Many couples are opting to include geometric designs throughout their small wedding details, including their table settings. Geometric shapes are being used as a new option for a birdcage or lantern and couples are filling them with flowers, candles and the new favorite succulents.

So now that I’ve introduced you to the most popular types of centerpieces we’ve seen, perhaps its time to start fiddling around with whats right for you.
