2025 elopement dates
Yep we’re talking 2025 elopement dates already. Think it’s too early? I’ve had enquiries for a while now about our 2025 dates, I’ve even had one 2026 elopement enquiry. We haven’t released our 2025 elopement dates yet. But…they’re on their way soon – yay!
We’ll be releasing the 2025 dates on our availability calendar on 2nd September 2023, in a week’s time.
So if you’re looking for an elopement wedding in 2025, stay tuned and the dates will be going up live on the availability calendar.
Available months for 2025
We aren’t making any changes to the months you can get married in 2025, it’s still going to be:
March
April
May
September
October
November and
December.
It’s still going to be Tuesdays and Thursdays. It’s still 2 nights onsite in our honeymoon cottage accommodation and it’s still the great package of photography, food, flowers and cake.
2025 pricing
We haven’t put up our prices since 2021 so we’ve borne all the cost of living increases for the bookings we’ve taken since then. And there have been some big increases, especially in energy and fresh flowers.
For a while now it’s been part of our terms and conditions that if you book more than a year in advance, we guarantee the price for a year but after that, there’s a cost of living increase based on the Govt’s official inflation figure. So any inflation in the first year is down to us, we bear that but any inflation after that first year, we’re gonna need to add that to the price when we do your final invoice.
For all 2025 bookings we’re increasing the 2023/2024 package price by 10%.
That means the usual price of £3,900 (incl vat) for elopements in March, April, October, November and December will go up to £4,290 and the price for an elopement in May and September goes up from £4,500 to £4,950.
The adult guest price is also going up by the same increase – 10%. You can invite your adult guest to the ceremony and drinks reception only so they leave before your wedding breakfast. The price per guest for ceremony and drinks reception only is £46.20 (incl VAT) per person for 2025.
If you want guests to join you for the whole day the cost is £231 per person (incl VAT) for 2025.
Get in early
We’ve had a 2025 waiting list for a while now and as promised to all those on the waiting list, I’ve given them first option on their preferred 2025 date. If you’ve got a 2025 date in mind already and you don’t want to risk the date going when they’re officially released next week, you can email me and see if your date is already reserved or will be available. If it’s available and you want to book it ahead of the official release, I’ll get that sorted for you and you’ll be ahead of the game.
Early booking offer
For this week only, if you book your 2025 date and pay your deposit within the next 7 days, instead of the price going up by 10% on the current 2023/2024 prices, the price increase will be reduced by half to only 5% – I hope that helps!
