Book your elopement
Once you’ve booked to have your elopement here and you’ve booked the Registrar, we’ll email you an elopement manual which tells you everything you need to know about eloping here. We take care of pretty much everything on the day. You bring your outfits, any rings, your drinks and bam, you’re good to get married.

We organise your suppliers
When you book, we’ll let the photographer, caterer, florist and cake maker know about your date so that’s all your main suppliers lined up.

The day before
We’ll show you round the venue the day before the wedding, run through where the wedding ceremony, drinks reception and wedding breakfast will take place and get you settled in the honeymoon cottage.

On the day
On the day of your wedding we’ll check you’re on track to be ready on time, set up the ceremony space, the reception area and the lounging area for you, light the fire, lay the table for the wedding breakfast, set up the wedding cake and chill the drinks. We’ll liaise with the photographer, florist, cake maker and caterers when they arrive and be there to meet and greet the registrars. During the ceremony we play your music and act as your witnesses if you need us. We make sure the ceremony begins on schedule and everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there.

After the ceremony
When the ceremony ends, we’ll pop the champagne corks, take you to the drinks reception space and serve your canapes.

Wedding breakfast
After your photos, we’ll get you seated for your wedding breakfast and serve your food. Once the wedding breakfast is over we’ll make sure you’ve got tea & coffee, a full drinks trolley with all the glasses and ice you need, set aside your evening food for later, leave your cake box and then you’ve got the place to yourselves for the rest of the evening.
