Yesterday I received the mini film which Ben from Foster Filming put together for Hannah & Kevin who got married here back in July 2016. Couples who book their wedding film with Ben get a longer version of the film, this is just a taster.
Hannah & Kevin created and brought along all their own signage plus Kevin made the rustic arch you see in the wedding barn which was dressed with foliage and flowers for the ceremony backdrop. Kevin and Hannah very kindly donated the arch for use by others – we have such lovely wedding couples here!
Hannah & Kevin had the most amazing foliage chandeliers in the wedding marquee which along with the foliage hoops, table centrepieces and fabulous bridal and bridesmaids’ bouquets were all put together by Dartmoor Flowers. You’ll notice the foliage hoops behind the top table in the wedding marquee for the wedding breakfast. The Ever After team moved those down from the wedding barn during the drinks reception and re-hung them to get more use from them.
I love the footage of the wedding ceremony itself and how Hannah says her vows with such assurance and love – emosh! An added extra for Steven and I with this wedding was Hannah and Kevin hired the services of wedding celebrant Alison Orchard who married Steven and I in exactly the same wedding barn in 2012, ah memories…
The waving of the wedding wands after the ceremony was a cute alternative to confetti, this year we’ve also had a bubble machine for the same reason.
Although the wedding ceremony took place outside, it did start to drizzle immediately afterwards so the drinks reception you see took place on the terrace. The gorgeous wedding cake was made by Sugarmamas here in Tavistock and additional styling including the table plan was created by Little Wedding Helper.
