A few weeks ago we did another food & drink shoot here on site with our favourite food photographer, Guy Harrop. This time I brought our chefs from our outside caterers together with Jan, the owner of Maddocks Organics edible flower farm, to put together some ideas and inspiration we could pass on to our couples for their wedding reception food using edible flowers from Jan’s farm.
Honeysuckle scones and whole roses in this seasons must-have dessert, the edible flower jelly were my personal favourites.
