For our elopement weddings, an hour with a photographer is included in the price (great!). Using this hour effectively is super important, so I’ve put together some good photo spots for you. Create a little ‘plan’ in your head. Also remember that our photographer, Clare, does photography here every week so she knows where to get the best pics.
The Riverwalk
One of my personal faves. You don’t have to go far to get to the riverwalk, and it is a stunning location. Plus, it’s nice and private without having to walk miles. Perfect!
The Apex Photo
If you follow us on Instagram, you’ll have probably joined in with the apex hype. I’ve adored the photos we’ve had from the apex space. The styling by Nicola is second-to-none and the shape of the apex creates a perfect postcard image. One of our elopement couples, Georgia and John, have even had their apex photo made into a painting! Again, not far from the wedding action on the terrace and really is a ‘must’.
The Balcony
For an intimate pre-ceremony couple picture, the cottage balcony is such a sweet space. There’s something super intimate about photos on the balcony, possibly because you’re less aware of the photographer. Whatever the reason, I think the pics are lovely!
The Woodlands
If you have a little more time to spare, and don’t mind venturing off from guests (if you have them) then the woodlands are a definite must. The dramatic back-drop is something you can’t get anywhere else, and it really captures the magic of Ever After. You can even be brave and have a pic in the river (sort of…).
