Your wedding ceremony

Make your life easy, have everything under the same roof.  Get married here and have all the celebrations in the same place.  We even include a free bus service* to bring your guests here to the venue and take them home at the end of the night – what’s not to love..?

Guests can sit outside to witness your wedding ceremony – so long as the two of you are stood just inside the wedding barn, it’s legal!  If it rains, we’ve got a clear wet weather awning so all your guests are cosy and dry.   The wedding barn is strung with 100m of fairy lights, you can borrow our steel lanterns or oak logs for the aisle or use one of our rustic arches – whatever suits your wedding style, they’re all included free of charge.  You can get your florist to bring in floral arches, a flower curtain, foliage hoops – or keep it pared back and simple with the paved floor, stone walls and oak beams.

We’re licensed by Devon County Council so you can get legally married in our wedding barn with up to 120 of your favourite people. If you don’t need a legal wedding, we can help with a humanist ceremony.  You can see humanist ceremonies in our orchard here and here.

If you want to get married in a local church, that’s no problem. We suggest your church isn’t more than 30 min drive from here so your guests don’t have far to travel.  Our free bus service will bring your guests back from the church (you’re welcome)  We’ll greet your guests with drinks in the wedding barn whilst you get back from church – you can kick start your celebrations as soon as you arrive.

*See our FAQ page here for more details about our bus service.
