Your Wedding Reception

You did it!  You’re married!  Time to celebrate.  Let’s do this!  Are you having confetti on the lawn? We’ll help you get that all important confetti shot.  What’s your plan for drinks, are you going for champagne, signature cocktails, Pimms, beer in ice baths?  We’ll take care of all the drinks set up & service.

When you’re off having some pics taken round the garden, by the river (or even IN the river!) or in the woods, guests can play our outdoor games including croquet and giant jenga (plus our ever popular giant deckchair which always gets wicked photos) in between sampling some delish canapes and looking to see where they are on the table plan (on the best table obvs).  Maybe you’ve hired in our ice cream trike with all your fave flavours (it’s your wedding day after all, right?)

What if it’s raining? Then you’re seamlessly on to our stellar plan B under the glass roofs on the terrace (complete with indoor planting) where you’ll have drinks and yummy canapes under a twinkling fairy light canopy. Next, it’s on to a gourmet wedding breakfast in the adjoining wedding marquee. Speeches? Yes please! We’ve got a wifi mic and we’ll pour the toasts for you to sit back and enjoy (and laugh and maybe have the odd cringe!)

After the meal, tea & coffee is served on the lawns or the terrace and the bar opens (yay!). We draw the drapes and magically change over the marquee for music and dancing whilst guests are free to have a welcome cuppa, prop up the bar or get comfy on the sofa in front of the indoor fire. Fancy toasting some marshmallows outdoors?  We’ll set that up for you.

In the evening you might serve up some cocktail popsicles. What about an expresso martini hour or maybe you booked one of our pop up lounges (whisky & cigar anyone?)  Have you got sparklers for later?  Mini fish & chips in paper cones, a cheese cake tower and some yummy wedding cake.   Or some hand made local pasties (still hot) or pulled pork baps & chips.

Whether you’ve got a band, a DJ or a play list, use our sound system and let your guests do their best (ok, worst) crazy dancing on our star lit dance floor til gone midnight.  That’s your evening sorted and your guests happy – fed, watered & danced.
