Leanne & Sam had a stunning intimate wedding with us last October, with just close family and their lovely daughter. You’ve probably seen a few of their images dotted around the website & social media (especially their woodland ones!), so it’s not surprising they’ve been snapped up by an online blog!

“Tell us about your wedding planning journey…
I planned the whole wedding in 3 months.
Well actually, the venue that I was going to hold my elopement wedding at did all of the major organising and it was pretty much stress free.
Since we told no one about our elopement there were no engagement parties or visits to bridal shops with bridesmaids.
There wasn’t actually a lot of planning which was perfect.”
“What was the best bit of your day?
The no fuss. There were no speeches, no first dances, we almost forgot to cut the cake.
I didn’t have to worry about bridesmaids and getting favours for the 60 guests.
It was just my new husband, our daughter, our parents and siblings. Just 10 of us. It was so nice to be able to spend actual time with our wedding guests and make fantastic memories.”
“What advice would you give to other couples getting married?
Don’t spend your entire engagement thinking about how to make your wedding amazing for your guests, it’s about making the day amazing for you.
It is all down to personal taste so do something that reflects you as a couple.”
