The deposit is £600 (incl VAT) and your booking isn’t confirmed until your deposit is in our account.
After the deposit is paid, the balance is payable 3 months before your wedding date. We’ll check on your final guest numbers about 3.5 months before your wedding and we’ll email you a final invoice based on those numbers.
We prefer payment by bank transfer as we get charged a lot for credit card payments (and we can’t pass the charge on) but it’s available if you want it – we’ll arrange a time with you to take payment over the phone.
We know payment by instalments is easier for some people so we’re happy to do that if it’s helpful. We’re flexible on what instalment plan you put in place – you just need to be fully paid up 3 months before your wedding date.
