The end of 2023
I can’t believe we’re days away from 2024. Days! We’re gearing up for a fab NYE party so I’m looking out my outfit, checking we’ve got everything we need for a proper knees up. I’ll be back in the office checking emails on 3 January but we’ve got no weddings or viewings in January or February. We’re back on full power at the beginning of March, just in time for Spring – yay!
I’ll be doing a round up of our 2023 elopements over the next few weeks – there have been a ton of amazing weddings, you’re going to want to see those.
As we hurtle towards 2024, the main reason for today’s post is to let you know that we’ve got two announcements coming up.
Limited summer elopement dates for 2024
The first announcement I’m making right here, right now. It’s the release of 4 new dates for June 2024. Yep, you heard that right. 2024 summer elopement dates. The dates are in June. One of my fave months in the garden as it’s the month of the roses. The garden is beautiful in June.
Which dates? Good question. The first 2 Tuesdays and Thursdays of June. So that’s Tuesday 4th, Thursday 6th, Tuesday 11th and Thursday 13th June. It’s an experiment. I haven’t extended the dates for 2025, we’ll see how June 2024 goes first. I’ve released the dates on our online availability calendar so you can go over and see them right now.
Want to know what the garden looks like in June? You can do a search on the website for ‘June’ and that should bring up the June weddings from the gallery.

You can get married outside
walk into the ceremony through the garden
make your way down the riverwalk under the willow tree
plenty of places in the garden for couple portraits surrounded by greenery
the roses should be out
the glade walk is shady if the sun’s out
the woods are beautiful
We don’t guarantee no rain (sorry bout that) but the gardens will be beautiful whatever the weather
So if you’re looking for a 2024 summer elopement, those 4 dates are your only chance with us. You better get moving!
Anniversary stays
If you’ve been married with us here at Ever After, you’ll know we have limited anniversary stays. You don’t have to stay on your actual anniversary or even the month you got married. If you got married with us, you can come back and stay on one of our anniversary stays, whatever the date.
We usually open for weekends (and some limited mid-week dates during the summer) and you can bring friends and family to stay in the annexe and the hut.
We’re finalising the dates for 2024 now and hope to have at least some dates to announce for the first half of the year in the next week or so.

I’ve already got a 2024 anniversary waiting list and couples on that list will be getting a heads up of those dates and the chance to book the date before they’re officially released.
