Walkham Stormy
Let’s kick it off with the Walkham Stormy, named after the River Walkham that flows along the banks of Ever After. The stylish cocktail is made with Premium dark rum, Fever Tree ginger beer & fresh lime. It’s muddled together to make this concoction that you’ll be so glad to have cooling your hand and throat during this years summer heat.
Devon Mojito
Based on another classic cocktail but pulling in key local ingredients such as Plymouth Gin and Luscombe elderflower combined with sugar, fresh lime & mint.
You won’t be able to put this South West inspired drink down. It’s so light and refreshing… and that’s when these things start to get dangerous!
Ever After Royale
Time to raise the bar with this pink pointing tipple. This bubbly-based cocktail exudes class and style. How could you be seen without one of these timepieces in your hand at an Ever After event? It would be ghastly to even imagine it.
This elegant drink has a Gremillet Champagne base, carefully blended with a measure of Creme de cassis with a stylish edible flowers to garnish to complete the look.
Shepherd’s Hut Special
Nestled on the banks of the River Walkham, tucked away from the main house and hustle and bustle of Ever After is the grounds own Shepherd’s Hut. This cocktail is inspired and tested (of course) on location.
Another ginger ale cocktail but this time laced with bourbon & fresh lime, what’s not to love?
Over-the-Border
Now, if you’re lucky enough to have visited Ever After, then you’ll have undoubtedly met ‘Chip’ the handsome Border Terrier that patrols the site. He is the main man on site (sorry Steven)… the one that all the girls swoon to, so obviously we named a drink after him.
This tart, refreshing cocktail is made with Tarquin’s gin, Fever Tree ginger beer, fresh lime & mint, Cornish blackberries. Is your mouth watering too?
