Elopement wedding film
You may have seen my post last week about wedding films. We also love an elopement wedding film. Yep even if it’s just the two of you, you can have a lil film of your special day.
As you might know, our elopement package contains everything you need for a teeny wedding. We provide you with the photos (an hour included in the price with our photographer Clare Kinchin), flowers (bouquet and buttonhole by our florist Amanda), food (canapés and 3 course wedding meal by our chef Harrie), 1/2 bottle champagne per person and a bespoke wedding cake (just for you and your guests if you have any). You also get 2 nights accommodation in our romantic honeymoon cottage. All in the price. I know!
Optional extras
The optional extras are just that. You don’t have to have them if you don’t need them. That’s why they’re not included in the package. Those optional extras are hair and make up. We’ve got separate local suppliers for both of them, you can have either hair or make up, you don’t have to have both. You’re also welcome to bring your own hair and make up people if you must have your own fave people. Our hair and make up people will come to the venue on the day of the wedding – you don’t have to go anywhere. Trials of hair and make up are optional extras too.
If you don’t want to stay together the night before the wedding or you’ve got guests, we’ve got some extra accommodation available at an additional cost. If it’s just the two of you, you don’t need the accommodation so we don’t want you to have to pay for what you don’t need.
film extra
One of those optional extras is a wedding film. As with our other optional extras, we’ve got a preferred supplier although you’re welcome to bring your own person if you want to.
Baxter + Ted are our go-to people. You can read more about them here on my earlier post. They will do you a bee-you-tee-ful wedding film.
Jessica & Stephen came over from the States to get married in a romantic English setting – their dream. And we were thrilled to help it happen. The bride’s mother was convinced I sounded just like Claire Foy as the Queen in The Crown. Well she is from Georgia, USA so I guess we all sound a bit like the Queen when you’re used to such gorgeous southern lilts. She was convinced I must know Clare Foy – I couldn’t convince her otherwise haha.
Jessica & Stephen opted for a wedding film to capture some extra memories from their day, including the Dartmoor ponies who performed on the day.
You can see the whole thing below on Vimeo –
I know, don’t you love it?!
Here’s what Jessica had to say about it:
