Can we bring our own stuff to decorate the venue?

Yes you’re very welcome to bring your own things to decorate the venue. We’ll get a list from you in advance of what you’re bringing. If you’re bringing a ton of stuff (eg 1,000 paper cranes) you’ll need to set that up yourselves as our staff will already have lots of things to get ready...

Can we use our own suppliers for the elopement wedding?

You’re welcome to use your own photographer, florist or cake maker for your wedding. We don’t give a discount if you don’t use our suppliers. Why not? Can we (or our guests) bring dogs to our wedding?

Anything not included in the Ever After package?

That all sounds great, how much does it cost?

Our elopement prices for 2023/24 are set out in the brochure. Does the month we choose to elope affect the cost?

Just in May and September, the summer months. There’s an additional charge of £300 plus VAT to get married in those 2 months. For all other months, the price is the same.

Will we have exclusive use of the venue and will you be there on the day?

You’ll definitely have exclusive use of the entire venue for the whole time you’re here. Yep, the whole place just for you, gardens and everything. What deposit do we need to pay to confirm our elopement wedding date with you, do you take credit cards and can we pay by instalments?

The deposit is £600 (incl VAT) and your booking isn’t confirmed until your deposit is in our account. After the deposit is paid, the balance is payable 3 months before your wedding date. What time can we check in and check out?

How many people does the honeymoon cottage sleep?

The honeymoon cottage has a king size bed in the main bedroom. You’re welcome to bring your own baby cot. There’s no extra charge for babies sleeping in the cottage.

Food & Drink

Can we bring our own drinks?

We include a bottle of champagne to celebrate the fact you for real just went and got actual married – pop the cork! You can bring in your own drinks for the rest of the day so that’s wine for your meal, maybe some more bubbles, beer, soft drinks, some spirits & mixers for cocktails...

Do the caterers account for food allergies?

Yes all main dietary requirements are catered for, vegetarian, vegan, GF, seafood, lactose etc. Just let the caterers know what the situation is and they’ll make sure that’s taken care of for you.

Can we choose the flavour of our wedding cake?
